Trying to return my order was ridiculous. The whole process took way longer than it should have, and customer service barely helped at all. I had to wait ages for replies and still felt like I was getting nowhere. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again

The designs are really cute. Nice to look at. Just not totally my style, and maybe a bit much for what I usually go for...

I’ve had this collar for a few months now and it’s still holding up really well. It still looks good, no weird wear or issues so far. Happy with it!

I ordered a dog collar from blueberrypet.com, and the shipping was decent. It arrived in good shape, the packaging was fine, and there wasn’t any damage or anything weird. I also liked that the tracking worked and I started getting updates after a day or two.

I did expect it to show up a little faster, so the delivery time was the only small downside for me. It wasn’t a huge delay, just a bit slower than I had in mind. Overall I’m happy with the order and would probably buy from them again, especially if I’m not in a rush.

I ordered a personalized collar and was careful when entering the name because custom items always feel like a bit of a risk. Unfortunately, when it arrived, the name wasn’t centered properly and some of the letters looked uneven, almost like it was done in a hurry. I went back and checked my order details, and everything I submitted was correct.
Customer service eventually got back to me, but it took longer than I expected and didn’t really resolve the issue. For something personalized, I feel like the accuracy should be better since you can’t exactly use it the same way if it comes out wrong. I was disappointed and would be hesitant to order another custom item from them.
